The final verdict: -3 lbs
Basically I lost one pound per month
And when I think about that, I really could go on and on about how much better I could have done; more exercise I could have done; healthier choices I could have made... But you know what?
I am happy.
I can definitely see some differences in the way I look and feel. And honestly, when I look in the mirror, I actually check myself out. Dont get me wrong I dont say "dammmmmnnnn, I'm looking hot" lol But that's because I'm not at the point where I can say that. haha But the most important thing, is that I am getting there and for right now, I am happy
