2nd Annual Short Pictures

Today Billy's family and I had our 2nd Annual family pictures. If I haven't mentioned it, there's 4 boys in Billy's family. One of which, James, already has kids. It's going to be so crazy when the other three boys have kids. Mainly because it's gonna be a HUGE family picture.

Joyce (my MIL) had a package for two years, but I really hope we continue taking family pictures every year. Pretty sure I got my photo obsession, if we can call it that, from my mother. She loves pictures: taking them, receiving them, and keeping them. As soon as you walk into the living room, it's photograph heaven!! Growing up, I really enjoyed looking through family pictures, looking over our baby books, and reminiscing on old times. I hope my children appreciate photos as much as I do.

Happy Birthday Cux!

My lil brother, hehe, Cux turned 23 yesterday; he is growing up so fast! ha! Cux is actually one year older than me, but he's short. Every Sunday when we'd go to church, I was an inch taller than him cuz I would wear heels (I honestly dunno if I am taller than him with flats. . . I'll have to investigate). I would look down at him and say "Hello little brother" He would get sooo mad! lol And I would just giggle.

So for his birthday, the plan was to go to the Mayan. We all wanted to see the live entertainment and we heard the food was now good. Unfortunately, when we got there, there was a wait of an HOUR! We were way too hungry to wait that long. So then we started to figure out our options: Joe's Crap Shack, Spaghetti Mama's, Ruby River . . . McGraths, Mimi's Cafe, Olive Garden... OLIVE GARDEN!! Yum! It was a wonderful night. We laughed, we sang, we ate. And to top it off, Cux loved his present. We all chipped in to get him "Pro Tools". It's a music making software. That boy has some good beats :D

I wasn't able to get a picture of Cassie,
Cux's wife, but she was there

Shooting!!

Billy went shooting yday with Sam, and Gisselle (Sam's wife) and I tagged along - we were jus in it for the photos lol We had so much fun taking random pictures with all the grafitti and designs in our lil casita (house). Then I got a hold of the gun . . . ya pretty sure I suck lol Maybe one day I'll get better at it, one day.

The City of Park

Another trip down to Park City. This time we went with other buddies, Gisselle and Sam Pascua. We are so popular! lol jk

So the main reason we went to Park City was to get my daddy a Father's Day gift: a watch. Did we even get it?! Of course!! I found out two months ago that my dad has like 7 watches AND all of the batteries are died. Lol So basically Billy and I decided he needed a automatic watch. And so we did. I hope he likes it

Anywho, so we had so much fun in Park City. We shopped, shopped, and shopped at the Outlet malls. We stopped by the Park City Animal Shelter, Furburbia. They had a suuuuuper cute lil kitten. It was a callie mix. Oh it was gosh dang cute! We also saw a grand dane/german shephard name Texas. He was so gorgeous. Billy and I want one when we have a house with a yard hehe. Then we saw "Up" in 3D. The movie is hilarious! If you haven't watched it, YOU NEED TO! All and all, it was a really fun adventure :D

Happy 21st Keiko

It was Keiko's birthday yday. She finally turned 21 and decided to party it up. Poor girl texted me this morning saying "I will never drink again" lol Even I know that if you mixed a variety of drinks, you wont be feeling too good the next day.

Anywho, we went over to their house - they barely moved in their townhouse two months ago and I finally saw it! I really liked how they had a 2 car garage (Billy has taken over our garage), they had a guest bathroom, a nice kitchen, and the master closet! It was awesome! lol The living room was small and so was their patio. But all that matters is that they like it, right?

Oquirrh Mountain Temple

My mami invited Billy and I to attend the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House. Since I was so bummed that we missed the Draper Open House, I definitely wanted to see it. Yday it was a gorgeous day - windy but at least the sun was out. And the temple was absolutely breathtaking. If you have not visited it, I would say GO NOW!!
