Wow. So I really have not been doing so great. My plan was to update every week... Promise I will work on that.
First week I only worked out once. And I definitely did not eat as many vegetables as I should. Week 2 I totally worked out 3 times and Saturday I did laundry so going up and down the stairs ... pretty sure I'm counting that as another work out :)
Goals for Week 3:
Buying a scale
Working out at least 3 times
Posting my results in one week :)

awesome! i actually didnt starve at all... which maybe means i wont loose too much. I realize i dont eat much... except at dinner. But i guess its okay ill keep doing it for a week at least . Yesterday i did pilates... killer pilates just 30 min of exercise .... i guess you are supposed to do 40 a day to loose some weight... im good with 30 ... :D
