Week 3

Wow. So I really have not been doing so great. My plan was to update every week... Promise I will work on that. 

First week I only worked out once. And I definitely did not eat as many vegetables as I should. Week 2 I totally worked out 3 times and Saturday I did laundry so going up and down the stairs ... pretty sure I'm counting that as another work out :)

I had a doctor's appt today and so my official weight is now 175.6. Yes, it's only .4 lbs, BUT that's .4 pounds CLOSER to my goal!! AND whats really exciting is that fact that today I put on my jeans and they are so loose on me YAY!! **happy dance**

Goals for Week 3:
Buying a scale 
Working out at least 3 times
Posting my results in one week :)

  2. oooo youre right. I was thinking my initial weight was 176 :) WOOOOT!!!! 4 pounds!!!!

    Nothing really jus cardio and trying to eat healthy hehe How'd your first day of Special K go?

  3. awesome! i actually didnt starve at all... which maybe means i wont loose too much. I realize i dont eat much... except at dinner. But i guess its okay ill keep doing it for a week at least . Yesterday i did pilates... killer pilates just 30 min of exercise .... i guess you are supposed to do 40 a day to loose some weight... im good with 30 ... :D

  5. Glad your first day went good. As long as its a balanced diet, I'm sure you'll lose some weight. Oh dinner, it kills me too hehe
