Holy Workouts Batman

Pretty sure I worked out five times this week. FIVE TIMES! Not 2, not 3, BUT FIVE!! That's like a world record for me. AND each day that I worked out I wore heels. It was an all around GREAT week for me.

Monday - Barbell Strength, pretty much my favorite weight lifting class
Wednesday - 30 mins weight lifting, 30 mins cardio
Thursday - Personal Trainer session. Oh! That's right, I finally decided to use my LT Bucks for 5 Personal Trainer sessions. I have 4 more to go :)

Friday30 mins weight lifting, 30 mins cardio
Saturday - ZUMBA!! Doesnt even feel like a work out. I LOVE IT!! 


I plan to pull a 5 day work out again this week. AND I plan to official start my 14 diet on Monday. EEEEK!
