There is jus one more week left til my birthday and I could have done more to lose weight. So I will jus have to cram it all in one month :)
Weight last week:168.6
Last week goals:
- I exercised 2x instead of 3, BUT I walked up and down 1.5 flights of starts
- I did track what I ate, but I couldnt find my WW tools til TODAY! So I will definitely do it this week
- Um, ya, I had a doughnut and icecream and cake :( Too many birthdays this weekend!
- Def should be drinking more water
On Saturday, I went to Massage Envy with my MIL, my cousin Wendy and cousin Carol. We all got one hour massages. Oh gosh, one hour has NEVER felt that great!! It was so relaxing and rejuvenating that I came home and passed out for 2 hours. It was AWESOME! Happy Birthday Joyce!!
This week's goals:
- Exercise 3 times
- Track what I eat with WW
- Control sugar intake
- Drink more water
Current weight: 169.8 (gained one bloody pound)

well it doesnt matter that you gained 1 pound you will for sure loose it ! plus at the beginning of it all ... like feb 2010 read your blog woman you were at 179... and now 169 wow! thats 10 pounds chica! so its just a pound ... whats one pound when you lost 10??

Yup you are SO right!! I was actually thinking about that the other day. I'm sure that if I worked out more and watched what I put in my mouth, I could lose another 10 lbs easily.
